Your files and confidentiality

Your designs are used to prepare the requested quote and manufacturing. You retain intellectual property ownership.

Access is restricted to your session or account and authorised workshop staff. Technical storage and computation services process files to provide the service; the files are not offered as public downloads.

Need a non-disclosure agreement?

Before uploading your files, contact us to review the agreement and decide how to share them.

Unsaved drafts are discarded after 20 minutes of inactivity. Automatic cleanup removes their files when they are not used by another retained quote. Orders, carts and saved or shared quotes are retained.

We keep two small, private views of each part for 30 days to review enquiries and improve the service. These thumbnails are not manufacturing files. They are not published or sent to advertising platforms. You can request their removal at info@portachiavi.es.

Removing files

Send your quote reference to info@portachiavi.es to request removal. We will verify your identity and any applicable retention obligations.
